Service Description
In this 6 week session we will open with pilates warm up, Use powerful traveling steps and combinations to guide dancers into finishing movement, gracefully transition from one movement to the next and giving good face. We will also work on percussive movement and play with a new drum solo by Issam Houshan. Yes there will be shimmy drills, yes there will be hip drills, yes there will be laughter and a ton of fun. 6 week session $168.00 $30.00 Drop in for 1 1/2 hour class
