Café Sevilla specializes in Spanish tapas or small plates, which are great for a fun, interactive and sharable dining experience. Menu offerings include a variety of over 30 award-winning tapas as well as traditional paellas, fresh seafood and savory meat dishes. We also feature a large variety of Spanish wines and refreshing sangrias.
One can enjoy live Gypsy Kings style music in the tapas bar as well as a Flamenco & Bellydance Dinner Show on the weekends!

This crew of instructors guarantees you’ll have fun, learn skills to advance your level in 9 wonderful workshops, and enjoy the island like a local.
We have a Glittering Gala, a luau to attend as a group, a Pau Hana Hafla, and a delightful Meet and Greet to start the weekend. Also, stay an extra day for a pro photo shoot on location.

10:00 am (PST) Egyptian - Zill Skills 'n Drills In this class we will work on refining our dance technique, adding layers and transitions to our movement. We will work on the fluidity of our lyrical movement and precision of our percussive movement as well as our body lines and posture. Advanced Beginner / Intermediate
11:10 am (PST) Egyptian - Combinations and Choreography In this Sekhmet Garden Collective class, learn combinations you can use in your own improvisation and choreographies. We will work on theatricality, emotion, staging and dynamic changes in our dance to add visual interest and power in our performances. Choreography will be taught to implement these techniques and there will be performance opportunities.
