Each week we will cover different aspects of Belly dance technique. We will be breaking movement down so that we understand what muscle groups are working, then adding layers and traveling steps. These sessions will be great for the advanced beginner, intermediate and beyond. It's a great way for advanced dancers to train and add layers as well.
